What Makes This Role Different?

Your Responsibilities
Breaking, trimming and preparing premium meat products
Precision portion cutting to customer specifications
Wholesale and retail preparation
Packing and dispatch support
Managing quality and presentation standards
Cold room organisation and stock rotation
Maintaining HACCP and food safety requirements
Supporting production targets
Assisting with leadership duties (2IC applicants)
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
Australian butchery experience
Strong knife skills
Pride in quality workmanship
A reliable and professional attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Desire to learn, improve and progress
Leadership potential (for 2IC applicants)
Certificate III in Meat Processing preferred, but experience and attitude are just as important.
