The primary focus isfull-stack.Net/React development, system architecture, and API design, with frontend (React) capability mandatory.
The role will initially lead delivery ofAPI-first projects(internal and external) and progressively take ownership of broader platform architecture and technical standards.
The expectation is that this personwrites production code daily, leads by example, and provides technical direction through execution and sprint delivery, engaging directly with the Product team.

Key Responsibilities
Core Development (Primary)
Design, build, and maintainscalable backend systems, APIs, and services
Lead development ofRESTful and event-driven APIs(internal and external)
Drive backend and frontend performance, reliability, and security
Actively useAI development tools(e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT, code generation, test generation) to improve velocity and quality
Providetechnical input as requiredto other developers through:
Code reviews
Architecture and design guidance
CI/CD
Automated testing
Identify technical risks early and address them pragmatically
Delivery & Ownership
Own delivery of assigned projects end-to-end
Work closely with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into working software
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex system issues

7+ years of commercial software development experience
Proven senior-level contributor on production systems
Comfortable in a small team where ownership is unavoidable
