Taking Payment via Hicaps/Eftpos
Apply patient treatment charges.
Third Party Invoicing
Scanning Documents
Sending Medical correspondence
Deliver exceptionalcustomer service to our patients.
Follow customer service scripts & systems.
Complete front desk administration tasks.
Diary management & Patient appointments
