Key Responsibilities
Engage and greet customers in the showroom environment




Demonstratein-depth product knowledgeand guide customers through selections
Drive sales and consistently achieveweekly targets
Work collaboratively in a rapid-paced team environment
Assist with showroom presentation, merchandising, and stock movement
Assemble products when required and maintain showroom standards
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum2 years retail sales experience(furniture or high-value items preferred)
Proven ability tomeet and exceed sales targets
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a proactive approach
Computer literate (Microsoft Office proficiency required)
Basic leadership/management capability highly regarded
Work Requirements
Availability during retail trading hours, including:Weekends
Thursday late-night trading
Public holidays
