You will prepare ingredients and cook curries, tandoori items and breads following established recipes and quality standards.
Requirements include at least 1 year in a commercial kitchen and a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, with strong emphasis on food safety and teamwork in a fast-paced workplace.
