Job Description
A part time receptionist position (9am to 5pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays) at a reputable psychology clinic near the Mascot Train Station.
The role involves standard receptionist tasks in a healthcare setting where you will be the face of the business, supporting clients who may be in acute states of distress or experiencing mental health challenges.
Key responsibilities
Help clients with bookings
Manage the waiting list
Maintain the practice's supplies and tidiness
Assist individuals who may be in acute states of distress and/or have enduring mental health struggles

Able to maintain empathic and attentive approach to client needs, even in highly challenging moments
Australian residency or visa to stay and work in the country for more than 24 months
Prior work experience as a receptionist, especially in psychology practices, is desirable but not essential
