Job Description
Bright Brewery is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in leading all kitchen operations at Bright Taphouse Croydon, ensuring a high-quality, consistent and efficient food offering.
You will lead day-to-day kitchen execution, mentor the team and uphold standards across service, food safety and systems.
In this rapid-paced setting you will oversee service during peak periods, train staff and ensure compliance with HACCP and OH&S; requirements while maintaining cost control and stock
