We are currently seeking a highly experiencedForeman / Lead Diesel Mechanicto take charge of a large, well-equipped workshop.

About the role:
You will be responsible for overseeing daily workshop operations, leading a team of mechanics, and ensuring all maintenance and repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic
Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred
Robust diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage workflow and supervise staff
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
