As our Barista, you will be responsible for:

Working closely with the owner & Head Chef to support smooth operations

Has proven experience as a barista in a busy café
Can confidently manage high-volume service while maintaining quality
Has robust leadership and communication skills
Is organised and comfortable with ordering, stock control, and suppliers

Is reliable, proactive, and leads by example
Has a genuine passion for coffee and hospitality
