We are a boutique real estate agency based inRoxburgh Parkand are looking for a motivated and reliableAssistant Property Manager / Receptionistto join our team.
This is a outstanding opportunity for someone withat least 1 year of experience in the real estate industrywho is looking to develop their skills and build a career in property management.
About the Role
You will be working closely withone of the Directors and our Office Manager, withplenty of support and guidanceprovided.
This is a hands‐on role where you will have the opportunity to learn, develop your skills and become an important part of our property management team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the day-to-day management of rental properties
Assisting with routine inspections and preparing routine inspection reports
Preparing and completing entry condition reports
Answering phone calls and responding to emails
Liaising with tenants, landlords and tradespeople
Assisting with maintenance requests and follow‐ups
Organising routine inspections and coordinating access with tenants




Assisting with tenant applications and leasing administration
Preparing and maintaining property management records
General reception and office administration
Providing excellent customer service to landlords and tenants
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate
Ideally has experience in property management
Professional, friendly and well presented
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
Confident communicating with tenants, landlords and tradespeople
Reliable, motivated and willing to learn
Comfortable working as part of a small team
Has good computer and administration skills
