An established and top-performing residential sales agent is seeking an experienced and highly organised Operations Manager to support the continued growth and performance of the business.
This is a senior support role with responsibility across business operations, marketing, sales administration and client experience.
Working closely with the lead agent, the Operations Manager will oversee the systems, processes and coordination required to ensure the team operates efficiently and consistently delivers a high standard of service.
The successful candidate will play an integral role in coordinating the day-to-day operations of the sales team, managing property campaigns, overseeing marketing initiatives, maintaining CRM systems and supporting the overall client and sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
Business Operations
Oversee the day-to-day operations and workflow of the sales team
Coordinate systems, processes and administrative functions
Assist with planning, reporting and performance tracking
Oversee CRM processes and ensure database accuracy and integrity
Monitor workflows, deadlines and operational priorities
Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and business performance
Marketing & Brand Management
Coordinate marketing initiatives across digital, print and community channels
Manage social media content planning, scheduling and engagement
Coordinate the production and distribution of flyers, newsletters, campaigns and promotional material
Assist with brand development, community initiatives and sponsorship opportunities
Coordinate external marketing suppliers and service providers
Ensure marketing campaigns are delivered accurately, consistently and within required timeframes
Manage the end-to-end seller experience from listing preparation through to settlement
Coordinate property campaigns and ensure all campaign requirements and timelines are met
Manage client communication and ensure key milestones are effectively coordinated
Oversee buyer follow-up,



inspections and feedback processes
Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, buyers and key stakeholders
Identify opportunities to enhance the overall client experience
Provide direct support to the lead agent across campaign preparation, prospecting and client management
Prepare reports, market updates and client communications
Coordinate listing preparation and campaign launches
Assist with prospecting and database management
Support performance reporting and team coordination
Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and operational performance
About You
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
Previous experience in operations, real estate, sales, administration, marketing or a related field
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Solid attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
Solid CRM and technology skills
An understanding of digital marketing and social media
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
The ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional manner
A high level of accountability and commitment to delivering quality outcomes
Real estate experience will be highly regarded; however, candidates with strong operations, sales coordination, marketing or client management experience from other industries are encouraged to apply.
