Sear & Associates Insurance Brokers have been providing Insurance Broking Services to commercial businesses throughout Australia for over 50 years.
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate / Assistant Account Executive with great communication skills to join our dynamic team.
This position is suited to individuals who have 1 to 2 years' of insurance broking experience or those looking to enter the industry for the first time, having recently completed or soon to complete a degree qualification in a related field (e.g. business, finance, insurance).
About the role
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Provide support to Account Executives and Account Manager
Assist with management of client portfolios and specific client accounts
Provide client service by answering basic enquiries
Provide basic advice within assigned authorities
Carry out client and underwriter communications as instructed
Administer claims and service enquiries
Assist with marketing activities

Willing to undertake future study of Tier 1 insurance broking and diploma qualifications
1 to 2 years' of insurance broking experience, OR
Successful completion or near completion of degree qualification
