The Opportunity asDealer Principal / General Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the dealership, ensuring strong financial performance while developing a high-performing and customer-focused team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Driving overall commercial and operational performance
Leading and developing sales and service teams
Managing dealership profitability, margins and stock performance
Growing brand presence across the Wellington region
Building strong customer, manufacturer and stakeholder relationships
Implementing strategies to achieve sales and business objectives
Ensuring exceptional customer service and operational standards
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
Automotive dealership leadership experience as:Sales Manager

Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to drive results
Experience leading, coaching and motivating high-performing teams
A customer-centric leadership style
Outstanding relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
A full, clean New Zealand driver's license
