Site Manager – Current Build Fire Station | Oran Park7-Month Contract | Immediate Start | Major New Build Project
We are currently seeking an experiencedSite Managerto join a well-established construction company delivering anew-build fire station in Oran Park.
This is a7-month contract rolesuited to a hands-on Site Manager who can take ownership of the site and drive the project through to successful completion.
About the Role You will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the construction site, working closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors, consultants and client representatives.
Key responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the construction site.
Coordinate subcontractors, trades, deliveries and site activities.
Ensure the project is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
Manage the construction programme and monitor project milestones.
Coordinate site inductions, toolbox meetings and WHS requirements.
Review drawings, specifications and construction documentation.
Manage quality control and ensure works meet project requirements.
Identify and resolve site issues as they arise.
Liaise with the Project Manager, consultants and client.
Maintain accurate site records,



reports and documentation.
Manage site logistics and ensure the site remains organised and compliant.
About You
We are looking for aproven Site Managerwith solid experience delivering commercial or government construction projects.
You will have:
Demonstrated experience as aSite Manager on new-build projects.
Strong subcontractor and site management experience.
Excellent knowledge of construction processes, sequencing and programming.
Strong understanding of WHS and quality requirements.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
A proactive, organised and hands-on approach.
Current White Card and relevant construction qualifications.
Government, infrastructure, emergency services or community facility experience will be highly regarded.
