Job Description
Collarcare is seeking experienced and reliable Cleaners to join our aged care team in Wagga Wagga, NSW.
You will play an key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Perform cleaning duties across resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, dining areas, and other facility areas
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control
Follow workplace health and safety procedures
Safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals
Work respectfully around residents and staff
Complete cleaning duties efficiently and to a high standard
About You
Previous cleaning experience, preferably within aged care, healthcare, hospitality, or commercial environments




Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
Good communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable working around elderly residents
Flexible and available to work various shifts
Compliance Requirements
Tier 1 compliance is required before commencing.
This may include:
Current police check
Working rights in Australia
Relevant mandatory training
Infection control training
Flu vaccination / COVID-19 requirements, where applicable
Other client-specific compliance requirements
