THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-orientedQuality Verification Officer (Systems)who is passionate about quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Based at our Ormeau facility and reporting to the Quality Manager, this role plays a critical part in ensuring product quality and compliance across all production control points.
You will be responsible for maintaining quality systems, verifying production documentation, supporting audits, monitoring regulatory compliance requirements, and working closely with production teams to drive excellence in food safety and quality standards.
This role requires solid analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to build effective working relationships across multiple departments.
What you'll be doing
Ensure production documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant.
Support food safety, quality, and compliance systems through validation, GMP inspections, HACCP verification, internal audits, external audits, shelf-life programs, and quality system reviews.
Assist in the maintenance, and control of quality assurance documentation, specifications, food safety programs, HACCP plans, ISO *****, GMP requirements, and relevant regulatory compliance documentation.
Maintain labelling specifications, verify BOMs within EXO,



and support traceability and inventory quality processes.
Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders on quality matters, specifications, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist with customer complaint investigations, corrective actions, and quality reporting to support positive customer outcomes.
Ensuring suppliers' quality and Halal certificates are current.
Perform any other quality assurance, food safety, or compliance duties reasonably required to support business objectives.
What you'll bring
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years' experience in a quality, compliance, or food manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, and quality management systems.
Exposure to ISO ***** or similar food safety certification programs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and strong organisational capabilities.
Ability to work collaboratively across production, warehousing, and quality teams.
A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and accountability.
