As a Development Compliance Officer, you'll investigate complex compliance matters, provide expert advice, and support continuous improvement across development and building compliance activities.

What you will be doing:
Carry out inspections, issue orders and penalty infringement notices
Enforce legislation requirements and regulations whilst abiding by relevant Acts
Investigate complaints, defects incidents and offences
Monitor development, building and subdivision sites
Prepare statement of basic facts, contentions, briefs of evidence and affidavits as well as appear in court.
Assess and determine Building Information Certificates
What are we seeking in our new team member:
Current Class C Drivers Licence




White Card - General Construction Induction
Development Compliance Officer, 1-2 years working knowledge and experience of relevant Acts, Legislation, Regulations and Standards
Diploma/Degree qualifications in Building Surveying, Planning, Compliance or similar field or equivalent industry experience in an enforcement role
Advantages of working with us:
A salary of $93K Development Compliance Officer per annum (plus Superannuation), with either Leaseback OR Car Allowance $15,****** per annum, paid weekly.
