A leading not-for-profit hospital group in Brisbane is looking for an experienced Anaesthetic Nurse to join a busy 14-theatre complex equipped for surgical, cardiac and robotic-assisted procedures.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for a nurse with at least 3 years' anaesthetic nursing experience.
About the Role
Provide anaesthetic nursing support across a diverse surgical caseload, including cardiac and robotic-assisted procedures
Prepare, check and manage anaesthetic equipment, drugs and monitoring
Support anaesthetists throughout induction, maintenance and emergence, working within a multidisciplinary theatre team
Participate in the standard theatre roster, with flexibility required across all shifts including weekends
Shift and weekend penalties paid on top of base rate for eligible staff
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years' experience as an Anaesthetic Nurse (not open to new graduates)
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Demonstrated anaesthetic nursing competency across a general surgical caseload
Willingness and ability to work the full theatre roster,



including weekends and all shifts
Current National Police Check, or ability to obtain and maintain oneFull Australian working rights required
