ElitePEM is growing, and we're looking for a Senior Electrician to become a key part of our field team.
This role suits an experienced sparky who is confident working independently, strong with fault finding and service work, comfortable running jobs, and happy to pass their knowledge on to the rest of the team.
You'll work across a mix of service, maintenance, commercial and critical infrastructure, with plenty of variety and responsibility.

The Role
As a Senior Electrician with ElitePEM, you'll be responsible for:
Service, maintenance and fault finding
Commercial and industrial electrical works
Running jobs from start to completion
Diagnosing faults and finding practical solutions
Coordinating labour and materials
Testing, commissioning and documentation
Communicating directly with clients




Supporting and mentoring apprentices and less experienced electricians
Working with our office team to keep jobs running efficiently
What We're Looking For
We want someone who:
Holds a current NSW Electrical Licence
Has solid experience as a qualified electrician
Has strong commercial, service and/or industrial experience
Is confident with fault finding and diagnostics
Can be handed a job and trusted to run with it
Produces high-quality, compliant work
Communicates professionally with clients
Takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do
Is willing to share their experience with younger trades and apprentices
ASP Level 2, air conditioning, critical infrastructure,telecommunications,solar/battery or other specialist experience will be highly regarded.
