The Opportunity
This role would suit an experienced ECEC leader with multi-site experience who can balance people, quality and commercial performance.
As Area Manager, you'll support and develop Centre Managers across a portfolio of 9 North Brisbane and Sunshine Coast services, visiting each service at least once per month and providing weekly reporting on performance, quality and operations.

Requirements
Relevant ECEC qualification with significant sector leadership experience
Proven multi‐site, regional or senior operations experience
Solid knowledge of the NQF, National Regulations and Assessment and Rating process
Strong coaching, mentoring and people leadership skills
Sound commercial understanding of occupancy, revenue, labour and service performance
Strong communication, organisation and problem‐solving skills
Confident using data and reporting to drive performance and continuous improvement
