This is an excellent chance for a Senior Property Manager wanting to focus on high-level portfolio management without being weighed down by leasing, routine inspections or accounts.

The Role
Managing a portfolio of approximately ******* properties, your responsibilities will include:
Repairs and maintenance
Arrears management
Rental reviews and lease renewals
Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
Tribunal preparation and attendance




Managing insurance claims
Supporting the Team Leader with Property Management operations
Training and supporting the Leasing Agent
Ensuring the portfolio is managed to a high professional standard
With dedicated support across leasing, routines and accounts, you can focus your time on relationships, portfolio performance and higher-level property management.
The Candidate
To be successful in this position, you will ideally have:
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Property Manager
Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
Current Real Estate License
Driver's license and reliable vehicle
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities
Exceptional attention to detail and organisation
Ability to confidently manage competing prioritiesAbility to work both autonomously and collaboratively
Property Tree experience highly regarded
A genuine passion for property and delivering excellent service
