We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join our team at a luxury hotel in Brisbane.

About the Role
As the Assistant Executive Housekeeper, you will support the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department and lead a large team to consistently deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
Support and supervise the housekeeping team to maintain exceptional room and public area standards
Act as the department leader during the Executive Housekeeper's rostered days off
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management




Conduct room and public area inspections to ensure brand and quality standards are consistently achieved
Work collaboratively with hotel departments to deliver a seamless guest experience
Monitor productivity, service standards, and operational efficiency
About You
Previous experience in a housekeeping leadership role within a 4 or 5-star hotel workplace
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high presentation standards
Hands-on approach with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
Excellent communication and organisational skills
