Salary:$80,000 – $85,000 + superannuation per annum
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the store.
Monitor stock levels, inventory, ordering and product availability.
Manage store sales, budgets, operating costs and financial transactions.
Recruit, train, roster and supervise store staff.
Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.
Implement store promotions and local marketing activities.
Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with food safety,



workplace health and safety and company procedures.
Requirements
Relevant qualification in business, retail or management, or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum 1 years of relevant retail/fast-food management experience.
Solid leadership and staff management skills.
Sound understanding of stock control, budgeting and store operations.
Excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
