AllAces Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a motivated Restoration Technician to join our NSW team.
We deliver high-quality restoration and remediation services, including water, fire, mould, odour, and biohazard projects.
This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, reliable, and eager to develop into a future Lead Technician.
About the Role
As a Restoration Technician, you'll be responsible for supporting and completing restoration jobs to a high standard.
You will work closely with senior and lead technicians, learning advanced restoration processes and gaining the experience needed to step into a Lead Technician role over time.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out hands‐on restoration work across water, fire, mould, odour, and biohazard jobs
Assist with site assessments, inspections, and moisture readings
Follow all WHS and environmental compliance requirements
Complete job documentation and communicate progress to supervisors
Maintain equipment, tools, and vehicles in valuable working condition
Provide excellent customer service and uphold company values
Participate in the on‐call roster for after‐hours emergency work

What You'll Bring
Physically fit and confident with hands‐on work
Strong communication and problem‐solving skills
High attention to detail and willingness to learn
Construction White Card (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to obtain Police Clearance and Blue Card
Up‐to‐date Hepatitis A, B, and Tetanus vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
Experience in restoration or related fields (water, fire, mould, odour, biohazard)
IICRC certifications (training provided if not already certified)
