SENIOR STRATA MANAGER / TEAM LEAD
Location:Sydney North Shore
Salary:$140k-$160k + super + incentives

THE ROLE
This is a senior opportunity for an experienced Strata Manager to take ownership of alean portfolio of approximately ******* lots, while also acting as a senior support and mentor to the broader team.
You'll remain hands-on with your own portfolio while providing guidance, technical support and mentoring to assistants and other team members.
The role would suit an experienced Strata Manager who knows the industry back-to-front, is commercially minded and enjoys helping develop and support others.Previous team leadership or Head of Department experience isn't necessary- we're looking for someone with the right personality, technical expertise and desire to support those around them.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage a portfolio of approximately ******* lots




Provide mentoring, guidance and support to assistants and the broader team
Act as a senior point of contact for complex strata matters
Maintain strong client relationships and service standards
Support the development and performance of the wider team
Remain hands-on and involved in the day-to-day management of your portfolio
ABOUT YOU
Strong experience as a Strata Manager
Excellent knowledge of strata legislation, processes and best practice
Commercially minded with strong business acumen
Hands-on and technically capable
Excellent communication and people skills
Emotionally intelligent, supportive and approachable
