What You'll Be Doing
Greeting and welcoming clients in a warm, courteous and professional manner
Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
Performing general office duties, including managing mail, scanning and photocopying
Assisting with administrative tasks and providing support to the team as required
Maintaining a skilled and welcoming reception area
Providing exceptional customer service to our clients
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
Has excellent attention to detail
Has robust communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrates excellent organisational and time management abilities
Is proficient in using standard office equipment and software,



particularlyMicrosoft Word and Outlook
Has previous administration or reception experience(preferred, but not essential)
Has a friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude
Is reliable, well presented and takes pride in their work
Holds acurrent driver's licence and has access to their own vehicle
