About the Role
We're currently seeking passionate, reliable, and empatheticSupport Workersto join our team.
You'll be working one-on-one with clients in their homes and communities—assisting with daily living, building life skills, encouraging independence, and creating meaningful connections.
Opportunities are available for immediate start in: Stafford

You are someone who is:
Genuinely passionate about supporting people with diverse needs
Confident working independently and making a positive impact
Caring, patient, and a great listener
Reliable, self-motivated, and proactive
Committed to upholding the NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct
Experienced in disability, aged care, or community support (highly regarded, but not essential)
What You'll Need




Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Disability, Mental Health, Aged Care, or equivalent (or working towards)
Current First Aid and CPR certificate
Valid driver's licence
Your own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to complete)
Smartphone with reliable internet connection
