We are looking for someone who is friendly, personable and organised to join our Sales & Marketing team in Canungra as our Administration Sales Assistant.
This is an important role as you'll be the head front of house receptionist and provide essential administrative support to our Sales Team in day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will have administrative assistant experience, excellent communication skills and a motivated attitude.
This is a permanent full-time position; we are seeking someone who is looking for a long-term career path opportunity rather than a short-term role.
Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, being able to start asap.
Availability for the whole of May & June is a must and non-negotiable (EOFY is our busiest time).
Key responsibilities
Assist with other duties & departments within the office when required
Actively participate as a team member to support the achievement of our sales goals and strategies
About you
Experience in administration assistant
Experience in customer service
High level of communication skills
Flexible work attitude and multi-tasking ability
Willingness to learn, grow and own the role




Computer literacy and competence with Google Office & Microsoft Office
Experience with Zoom, Salesforce and Slack is desirable but not essential
