Key responsibilities
Assist customers with financing their vehicle purchase
Provide suitable insurance and protection products
Develop skills in automotive finance applications and loan structuring
Conduct customer finance interviews and needs analysis
Present finance and insurance products
Work with a range of lenders and finance providers
Prepare and manage finance documentation
Ensure compliance and responsible lending requirements
Support the sales team throughout the customer purchase process
Build strong relationships with customers and referral partners
About you
Previous experience in automotive sales, banking or lending, finance or insurance, real estate or property sales, retail or commission-based sales environments, or customer service roles with robust sales and KPI exposure
Confident speaking with customers
