We're looking for a skilledHeavy Vehicle Body Builderto assist our Minto team, in maintaining our fleet of equipment.

About the role
Minor and major accident repairs on a variety of semi-trailers
MIG welding of mild steel (with consistent, structurally sound welds)
Reading and working from basic drawings, measurements, and instructions
Structural repairs and modifications to meet fleet and compliance requirements




Assisting with preventative maintenance and inspections of trailers
Identifying defects and reporting safety or compliance concerns
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment
Working in line with WHS requirements, safe work procedures, and company policies
Skills and experience
Proven experience fabricating and repairing trailers or similar heavy equipment
Confined space certificate
Working at heights certificate
Good understanding of workshop safety and manual handling
Produce work that is structurally sound, neat, and fit for purpose
