The Opportunity
This is your chance to break into the civil and infrastructure industry and build a long-term career.
You'll work on major projects including highways, motorways, and airports, using advanced technology to support high-precision asphalt paving.

What You'll Do
Work on-site with experienced teams on major infrastructure projects
Support asphalt paving using advanced PaveSmart technology




Communicate with operators and site crews to ensure accuracy
Assist with setup of control systems and site equipment
About You
No experience required – training provided
Keen to work outdoors in a hands-on role
Flexible to work varied hours (day/night/weekends/travel)
Driver's licence required
White Card (or willingness to obtain - we'll cover the cost)
Reliable, safety-focused, and a strong team player
Willing to undertake pre-employment medical
