Admissions Coordinator | Residential Aged Care Sales Experience Essential | $90K–$110K + Super
An exciting chance is available for an experienced Admissions Coordinator to join a leading aged care provider, supporting three established residential aged care services across Melbourne and Geelong.
Residential aged care sales experience is ESSENTIAL for this position.
This role is specifically suited to an experienced residential aged care sales and admissions qualified who understands the aged care customer journey, is confident managing a sales pipeline and has a proven ability to convert enquiries into admissions.
What's on offer
$90K–$110K + super + salary packaging, depending on experience
Monday–Friday
2 days working from home each week
3 days across established residential aged care services

About you




You MUST have previous residential aged care sales and/or admissions experience to be considered for this position.
We are looking for someone who has:
Proven residential aged care sales experience – ESSENTIAL
Previous experience in aged care admissions, HELF, sales or customer acquisition
A strong understanding of the residential aged care admissions process
Demonstrated success managing enquiries and converting leads into admissions
Experience working to sales targets and KPIs
Strong referrer, family and stakeholder relationship skills
Experience with contracting and admissions documentation
Strong CRM and administrative capability
A proactive, commercially minded and customer-focused approach
The ability to work confidently across multiple residential aged care services
Please note: Candidates without previous residential aged care sales/admissions experience will not be considered for this position.
