Personal Care Attendant (PCA) Permanent, Casual and Permanent

We currently have vacancies for (Casual,Permanent Part Time PCA) at our Yarra Ranges Facility in Warburton.
Our dedicated staff work with the same residents every day.
This continuity allows for deep and trusting relationships to develop between residents, employees, and families.
The successful applicant/s will have:
Certificate III in Aged Care or higher
Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
Ability to engage with residents and experience in dementia support
Demonstrated ability to prioritise workloads
Demonstrated flexibility, empathy and patience with the aged person and their needs
Demonstrated ability to provide holistic care




Demonstrated respect for residents' privacy, dignity and self esteem
Commitment to continuous quality improvement
Working knowledge of WH&S; and Infection Control
Experience in residential aged care
Proof of the right to work lawfully in Australia
NDIS Check or willing to obtain
About the Role:
Daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, help at mealtimes and general mobility
Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan
