Wollongong Private Hospital is seeking experienced General Service Officers to join our team on acasual basis.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and well-organised facilities while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to skilled service delivery.
Duties include:
Perform daily cleaning and sanitisation of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, common areas, and specialised spaces
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols
Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent facility standards
Identify and report maintenance issues, hazards, or areas requiring attention to supervisory staff
Stock and organize cleaning supplies and materials in designated storage areas
Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations while handling cleaning products and chemicals
Respond to cleaning requests and special projects as assigned
Maintain professional behaviour and appearance while representing the organization
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of cleaning tasks




Document cleaning activities and report completion of assigned duties
