As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join our team and play an integral role in helping us source, connect with and onboard great people.

Previous experience in recruitment, sales, administration, customer service or call centre environments are encouraged, but not essential.
Your responsibilities will include:
Sourcing and identifying candidates
Screening applications and shortlisting candidates
High-volume outbound recruitment calls
Building rapport with candidates and communicating the opportunity effectively
Scheduling, coordinating and hosting interviews
Recruitment administration support
Tracking recruitment KPIs
