Job Description
The Role
Working directly with business leads and enterprise architects, you will drive the functional lifecycle for SAP Service Cloud V2.
You will facilitate requirements discovery, design fit-to-standard service processes, and execute complex hands-on configuration.
Key responsibilities
Lead design workshops for case management, work queue routing, and service request lifecycles.
Translate operational requirements into functional specifications, business rules, and automated workflows.
Own the solution design across integration points connecting SAP CX modules to back-end SAP S/4HANA systems.
Guide build, testing, user acceptance (UAT), cutover, and deployment phases.

Core: SAP Service Cloud V2, SAP Enterprise Service Management (ESM)
ERP Integration: SAP S/4HANA
Methodology: Agile transformation workplace
Delivery: Client-facing advisory and functional execution
What You Bring




Proven SAP Depth: 7+ years in SAP consulting, including at least 3 years explicitly focused on SAP Service Cloud V2 or SAP ESM.
Hands-on Configuration: Demonstrated technical capability configuring SAP Service Cloud V2 org structures, workflows, service process rules, and escalation paths.
Integration Expertise: Strong practical understanding of data flows and functional dependencies between SAP CX tools and S/4HANA.
Consulting Maturity: Excellent workshop facilitation, senior stakeholder management, and solution design documentation capabilities.
