Experienced Physiotherapist | Adelaide CBD | Grow into a Senior or Leadership Role
We are looking for an experienced physiotherapist to join Therapia Sports & Spine in Adelaide CBD.
This opportunity is suited to a clinician who enjoys musculoskeletal and spinal physiotherapy, values structured rehabilitation, and is looking for more than simply moving from one caseload to another.
At Therapia, you will work with a varied caseload that includes:
Musculoskeletal and spinal conditions
Sports and workplace injuries
Persistent and complex pain presentations
Pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation
Progressive strengthening, Clinical Pilates and return-to-function programs
You will have the autonomy to practise confidently, with access to clinical discussion, practical mentoring, internal career development, reception support and an established network of GPs, specialists and other healthcare professionals.




We are particularly interested in someone who is:
A fully AHPRA-registered physiotherapist
Experienced in Australian musculoskeletal private practice
Confident in assessment, clinical reasoning and treatment planning
Comfortable guiding patients through structured, active rehabilitation
Reliable, grounded, qualified and genuinely good to work with
Open to feedback and willing to contribute to the wider team
Looking for stability, meaningful work and longer-term career growth
For the right person, there is scope to progressively take on greater responsibility in clinical leadership, mentoring, referral development or practice management.
These opportunities would develop over time based on contribution, capability and mutual fit.
Both full-time and part-time arrangements may be considered.
