Neuro Occupational Therapist || Central Brisbane
Brisbane & Gold Coast | $90k–$110k + Super + Work Vehicle | Full-Time
If you're an OT who actually enjoys neuro, complex clients and doing work that makes a difference, this one is worth a look.
You'll be joining a growing team of around 10 clinicians who genuinely enjoy working together and are big on helping each other out — without the feeling that you're just another number on a spreadsheet.
The role is predominantly community-based, working with adults across Brisbane and the Gold Coast with presentations including:
Stroke
Multiple Sclerosis
Motor Neurone Disease
Acquired Brain Injuries
Complex neurological and physical disabilities

You'll actually get better at Neuro You'll have experienced clinicians around you, structured supervision, mentoring and ongoing training.
You're not expected to figure everything out yourself.




There's somewhere to go As the team continues to grow, there are genuine opportunities to step into senior, supervisory and leadership positions.
No ridiculous KPI obsession The focus is on doing good clinical work and getting good outcomes for your clients — not obsessing over whether you've hit some arbitrary number of billable hours.
Who are they looking for?
This isn't about having the perfect CV.
If you're already a confident Neuro OT, great.
If you're an OT who has some Neuro experience and wants to properly build your expertise, also great.
What matters more is that you're curious, switched-on, willing to learn and genuinely care about doing positive work.
You'll be surrounded by OTs and Speech Pathologists who actually want to see you succeed, with plenty of support as you develop your clinical skills.
