Job Description
I'm working with an established occupational rehabilitation provider who is seeking a Principal Injury Management Consultant to lead and develop a team of Injury Management Consultants, while maintaining a clinical caseload and contributing to service quality, stakeholder engagement and business growth.
This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional case management and step into a role where you can influence people, improve outcomes and help shape the way a business operates.
You'll work closely with senior leadership, have genuine input into team development and systems improvement, and play an important role in building a high-performing, engaged and clinically strong team.
The role will involve:
Leading, coaching and developing a team of rehabilitation consultants
Supporting performance, workload management and career progression
Driving high-quality service delivery and strong return-to-work outcomes
Building and nurturing relationships with employers and insurers
Contributing to business growth, systems improvement and team culture
Delivering training, workshops and ongoing professional development
About you:
Minimum 3 years' experience in occupational rehabilitation
Allied health qualification (OT, Physio, Nursing,



Exercise Physiology or Rehabilitation Counselling)
Strong clinical background with an interest in coaching and developing others
Previous leadership or coaching experience highly regarded
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
Someone who enjoys creating accountability, building capability and helping people succeed
