About the Position
This is a rare opportunity for a Senior Family Lawyer ready to take the next bold step in their career – launching and leading a new office.
You'll have the autonomy to build your own team while being backed by a highly experienced legal and administrative support network.
You'll work closely with a varied client base, handling high-quality family law matters including:
Property and financial settlements
Parenting arrangements and custody disputes




Divorce proceedings
Domestic and family violence matters
Binding Financial Agreements
This is a leadership-focused position, ideal for someone who wants more than just files on their desk – you'll be growing a presence, developing a local team, and contributing to the strategic direction of the firm's expansion.
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years PAE in family law (private practice essential)
Proven ability to manage complex matters and client relationships
Experience working autonomously and driving practice growth
Current practising certificate in Queensland
Commercial acumen and interest in mentoring junior lawyers

Attractive salary from $120,000–$180,000 + performance incentives
