Job Description
Hoban Recruitment is helping a leading Australian logistics provider hire a Warehouse Team Leader to take ownership of daily operations at the Erskine Park site.
You'll lead a frontline team across receiving, picking, packing, inventory and dispatch, ensuring safe, accurate and effective operations.
The role requires hands-on leadership, coordinating 5-10 staff with peak periods of 40+, strong problem-solving, and experience with WMS/ERP systems such as SAP or NetSuite.
