Job Description
Tallangatta Health Service is seeking a Health Care Worker to join the My Community Home Care team.
You will provide person-centred care to help clients remain living independently at home, with responsibilities spanning domestic tasks, personal care, social support, respite, and transport in the north-east Victoria region around Tallangatta.
