TMA Group of Companies is seeking an experiencedAccounts Receivable & Billing Officerto manage billing, invoicing and collections across our international group, spanningAustralia, New Zealand, Ireland, North America, Europe and the Philippines.
This is more than a traditional AR role.
You'll play a key part intransforming our AR function, improving processes, automation and systems.
What You'll Do
Manage end-to-endbilling, invoicing, AR and collections.
Handle reconciliations, disputes, credit control and reporting.
SupportAR system implementation, testing and go-live.
Improve, standardise and automate AR processes.




Maintain solid data quality and support audit requirements.
What You'll Bring
5+ years' AR experience, including billing and invoicing.
Hands-on experience withAR transformation, process improvement or system implementation.
Strong Excel and ERP skills — NetSuite, SAP, Xero, MYOB, Dynamics or similar.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
A proactive mindset focused onimproving how things are done.
