We are currently seeking an experienced Catering Assistant to join our professional onsite catering team at a flagship corporate site located in the Sydney CBD (close to public transport).

The Role
As a Catering Assistant, you will support daily food service operations within a qualified corporate canteen environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Food preparation and basic cooking support
Buffet setup, replenishment and presentation
Counter service and customer interaction




Maintaining food quality and hygiene standards
Receiving and checking deliveries
Stock control and assisting with inventory
Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment
Ensuring compliance with Food Safety Standards
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys structured kitchen environments and consistent service standards.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality or commercial kitchen environments
Experience in corporate catering, bulk cooking or high-volume service (highly regarded)
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Strong customer service and communication skills
Certificate II or III in Commercial Cookery / Hospitality (desirable)
Full, unrestricted Australian working rights
You are reliable, well-presented, and take pride in maintaining high standards in food preparation and service.
