NT Pubco Pty Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced CHEFS/Cooksto join our team on a full-time basis.
About the business
The Full Moon Hotel is a well-established hospitality venue on Bramble Bay, offering modern Australian dining, bars, functions, and entertainment.
Duties include:
planning and preparing menu items
preparing, cooking and presenting food to a high standard
maintaining food quality and consistency
monitoring stock and minimising wastage
ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
assisting with kitchen operations during busy service periods
working split shifts, weekends and public holidays as required
Requirements:
AQF Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, or equivalent
at least 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience as a Chef
strong food knowledge and attention to detail
ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
reliable, punctual and professional presentation
adaptable availability, including weekends and split shifts
