Experienced Medical Receptionist South West Sydney Dermatology
We are a well-established and highly respected modern Dermatology practice, conveniently located in the heart of Liverpool CBD.
Our practice provides a comprehensive range of Medical, Surgical and Cosmetic Dermatology services.
We pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care while maintaining a professional, friendly and supportive workplace.

We are looking for a professional, experienced and team-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our friendly and dedicated team.
This position would suit someone who enjoys working in a specialist medical environment, takes pride in delivering an outstanding patient experience and is looking for a stable, rewarding role within a supportive team.
We are open to full-time or part-time applicants (2–3 days per week), with remuneration commensurate with skills and experience.
The Role:
Working closely with our Principal Dermatologist, Practice Manager and experienced reception team,



your responsibilities will include:
Providing a warm, professional and welcoming experience for patients
Managing specialist appointments, patient enquiries and telephone communications
Coordinating patient bookings and ensuring the smooth flow of daily clinics
Providing specialist medical reception and patient management
Processing payments, billing and general administrative duties
Liaising professionally with doctors, patients and other healthcare providers
Working collaboratively with our dedicated reception and medical teams
Maintaining a high standard of confidentiality, accuracy and patient care
