We are looking for an experiencedClaims Platform Test Managerto lead end-to-end testing for a majorClaims Platform Transformation Programinvolving a modern cloud-based claims platform and complex enterprise integrations.
Mandatory: Solid Insurance Claims domain experience
Key Responsibilities
Own and lead theoverall test strategy and integrated test planfor the Claims Platform transformation.
Establish and manage the program-leveltesting function and operating model.
LeadSystem Testing, SIT, Integration Testing and End-to-End testingacross the claims platform and enterprise applications.
CoordinateAPI/interface testingand complex system integrations.
Plan and overseeUAT, business validation and stakeholder sign-off.
Manage testing activities across implementation partners, vendors and internal technology teams.
Leaddefect triage, quality risk assessment and resolution tracking.
Define and monitor test metrics, quality dashboards, risks and issues for program governance.
Coordinateperformance, security,



resilience, accessibility and compliance testing.
Owntest exit criteria and release readiness assessments.
SupportGo/No-Go decisions, production verification and post-release/hypercare quality activities.
