Job Description
GPC Asia Pacific, owner of Repco, is seeking a State Trade Sales Manager to lead our Customer Development Team across Regional Victoria (West & Gippsland) and Tasmania.
The role is field-based, with one admin day per week, focused on building a high-performing team and achieving sustainable sales and margin outcomes.
You will coach and develop field teams, strengthen customer partnerships and align with the national channel strategy.
