Job Description
Sharp and Carter is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to take ownership of the Australian payroll function in Melbourne.
You will manage weekly and monthly payrolls, lead a small payroll team, and ensure compliance with payroll regulations and contracts.
Reporting to a senior payroll leader, you will drive process improvements, lead audits, and collaborate with Finance and HR to optimise controls and efficiency across the payroll function.
