City Cave Float and Wellness Centre – Richmond NSW
We are seeking a Float Attendant to join our growing team in Richmond.
Average of ***** hours (2-3 Shifts) per week.
We are open 9am - 9pm, 7 days per week so availability to work evenings and weekends is required.
Key responsibilities
Manage client bookings in booking system (MyTime)
Respond to client enquiries via phone, email and text
Ensure service rooms are thoroughly cleaned between clients
Recommend services and treatments to help the clients achieve their goals
Complete float water chemistry testing and treat effectively
Assist with Social Media Content
About you
Positive attitude with a caring personality
Valuable work ethic with a willingness to complete regular cleaning as part of this role




Comfortable selling and recommending the best products and services for guests
Strong communication and organisation skills
Ability to multi-task and take initiative
